The history of PANKA brandy

How did it start? Probably with all the fruit. And with the proliferating and never-ending jams lined up in military order on the pantry shelf. And with the fact that we didn't have the heart to leave the apples, cherries, pears, and grapes in the garden on the tree. And as we know, brandy is only a very small step away from jam :)

 

For a few years, we only brewed brandy for ourselves. In the meantime, acquaintances and friends encouraged me, what we do is very good. Over the years, we have gained theoretical and practical experience and today we have reached the point where, as a master of brandy with a university degree, we make brandy from the fruit we grow. Our brandy, which won gold, silver and bronze medals in several prestigious competitions, showed that we are on the right path and that we can confidently offer our products outside of our narrow environment.

We believe that a good pálinka can only be made from high-quality fruit, the kind that we would put on the family table at any time after a Sunday lunch.

We are confident that our products, produced with the help of family traditions and state-of-the-art technology, will win the favor of our consumers and contribute to the popularization of cultured brandy consumption.
